PME-NA Conference Registration Cancellation Policy (est. April, 2018)
Beginning with the 2018 PME-NA conference in Greenville, SC the following refund policy for registration cancellations is in effect:
1. Cancellation requests received by conference organizers three weeks prior to the opening day of the conference will be given a full refund, minus a $50 handling fee.
2. Cancellation requests received by conference organizers within three weeks of the opening day of conference will receive no refund.
Please be aware this policy indicates PME-NA conference organizers will not provide conference registration refunds for last minute cancellations for reasons such as: illness, family emergencies, travel issues, etc. We strongly advise participants to purchase individual trip insurance if they wish to guard themselves against these possible issues.
